What can be more beautiful than restoring a piece of cultural heritage in the heart of Tuscany? Especially when you could call a part of a Medici villa your own?

As a lover of Florence: Fiesole and the area around the Piazza Michelangelo is the place to be. Fiesole has been a lavish suburb of affluents since the Medievals. There is this spectacular apartment of 320 square meters, part of a more spacious villa of over 1000 square meters. Situated in between olive groves on a hill, you can enjoy an unspoilt view of the landscapes. As marvellous as ever, the villa presents a Leonardo panorama from each window of the six chambers. The Ferragamo family resides a little bit further up the hill in a palace. You can also immerse yourself into the bohemian life of the city centre within just 15 min driving distance.

Here, only one-minute walking distance from one of the most famous 5- star boutique- hotels of Florence, you will find a real jewel of a Renaissance villa. The building is from around anno 1450 by Tommaso di Medici and has a beautiful apartment on the First Floor. The architecture is full of wall and ceiling paintings. The visible part of the impressive art dates probably back to the 18th Century. It is similar to some parts of the Palazzo Medici in the centre of Florence. The greenish, golden and earthy tints of the decoration could have been inspired by great paintings like the Mona Lisa, and gives the apartment an intriguing aura. There is more to discover.

As a designer, I love turning authentic architecture into a fantastic and living place of art and design. A conscious and sensitive approach is my heart and soul.
